Have you ever forgotten to eat? It doesn't happen often for me, but it does occasionally happen. Yesterday I was busy with work all day and late in the afternoon I realized I hadn't eaten breakfast or lunch. I also realized that I wasn't hungry, so I thought that I would try to not eat from that point on, and I didn't. I went to bed and felt great.

I woke up in the middle of the night with a slight headache and I still had that when I woke up this morning, but other than that I felt great. This morning I felt a little weak so I made sure to have breakfast. I instantly gained energy from the moment I put the food in my mouth. I didn't exercise but I had a full night of sleep. With all of that I lost nearly 2 pounds on the scale this morning.

Today I am going to try to follow my plan of eating and sleeping and exercise. I've lost over 4 pounds this week so I'm not confident that I'll lose more weight, but who knows, it is worth a try. I need to keep pushing forward regardless of the results from yesterday. I hope not to eat after 5 p.m., to exercise in Zone 2 for 30 minutes, and to get a full night of sleep. If I can do those three things I may lose weight again. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
