I sometimes feel like giving up but I realize that I can't. I know I need to lose weight and that I can lose weight, so I can't give up.
Yesterday was a great day. I followed my plan exactly and I was rewarded for it. I didn't eat after 5 p.m., I exercised in Zone 2 for 30 minutes, and I had a decent night of sleep. All of that added up to a reward on the scale this morning.
Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and there is no reason I can't follow my plan today. If I do I hope to lose weight again. Even if I don't lose weight, if I follow my plan that is a win that I will take. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
