It is amazing how much weight can fluctuate one day to the next. I've had quite the roller coaster ride this month, with the last dip in weight being a doozy. Yesterday I worked really hard to get back with the program and it paid off on the scale this morning, in a big way.
Yesterday I knew that I was going to a work event where I would be having dinner. The good news Is that even though it was a buffet I only went through the line once and I didn't stack my plate too high with food. During the day I had a light lunch and I skipped breakfast, knowing that I was going to eat after 5 p.m. I exercised for 30 minutes in Zone 2 and I had a full night of sleep. I feel great, and not just because I lost so much weight. I need to keep this up.
Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I am dedicated to sticking with my plan of not eating after 5 p.m., exercising in Zone 2 for 30 minutes, and sleeping 8 hours. If I do those things I'm confident of losing weight again. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
