Have you ever lost weight so fast that you lost track of your progress? I did that yesterday. I hit another milestone yesterday and I didn't realize it until today. I passed the 85 pound weight loss milestone, leaving me with less than 15 pounds to go to hit 100 pounds. I'm pretty excited about that.
Yesterday was a great day. I followed my plan exactly and I kept losing weight. I exercised, I didn't eat after 5 p.m., and I had a full night of sleep.
Today I hope to do the same thing. I have a breakfast meeting that will take me on the road and then I have a full day of work after that. Tonight if I can keep from eating after 5 p.m. I might be able to lose weight again. We'll see what happens today and well see what the scale says tomorrow morning.
