Momentum should not be squandered. When you have momentum, you should go hard after it to keep it going as long as you can.
Yesterday was a great day. I had a breakfast meeting where I had a nice meal without eating too much. I then had a late lunch and I avoided eating after 5 p.m. I exercised in zone 2 for 30 minutes and I had a full night of sleep. I can't say enough about the fat burning that takes place with zone 2 training, it is great.
Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I am going to stick with my plan of not eating after 5 p.m. If I can do that and exercise I hope to lose weight again. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
