Progress is always something to be celebrated. I'm excited, but I know I can't celebrate too long as I need to keep focused in order to keep moving forward. Yesterday I was able to keep my progress moving forward. I followed my plan exactly yesterday and I was rewarded on the scale this morning. I didn't eat after 5 p.m., I exercised, and I had a full night of sleep.
Today I have a full day to keep me busy. I have a breakfast meeting where I need to keep from eating too much. If I can keep from eating after 5 p.m. and I can possibly lose weight again today, but I need to exercise and get a good night of sleep. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
