Yesterday was a tough day. I lost over a pound, but I earned that weight loss the hard way by detoxing my body from all of the sweets I had been eating the previous week. I had a headache all day and I slept most of the day. I didn't eat as much as the previous days and I didn't have as many sweets. I feel better now, but it was a rough day to be sure.
Today is going to be a good day, but it might be a little difficult. We will be watching the Vikings play the Packers this afternoon and it promises to be a fun game. We are planning on going to a local Packers bar in Osceola. The seating is outside at Osceola's "Little Lambeau" but it should warm up to 40 degrees by game time so we'll see how long we last before we come home to watch the end of the game. I'm planning on sticking with the 3 key steps and continuing my weight loss journey. We'll see how it goes today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
