Another lost weekend. We went to a wedding in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan over the weekend and I ate, a lot. I ate early and often. I ate too much. The food was delicious and I ate with abandon. I enjoyed myself too much. So the question is what to do now?
Today is going to be a great day. Today will be a transition day from eating like crazy to eating moderately. My main goal in these transitions is to avoid headaches as I eat less food in general and less fattening food specifically. We'll see how the day goes and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
