Alright! I like those results. I lost nearly 2 pounds on the scale so there is hope for me to be out of the 260s at the end of the month. Yesterday was a great day. I ate decently and I was rewarded for it. I'm making headway from eating poorly over the weekend. I need to keep it today.
Today should be a good day with a full day of work. I am not exercising since I have an IT band strain. This is week 4 of not exercising. I hope this strain goes away soon because I really like exercising and I don't want to rely solely on changing my diet to lose weight. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
