Well that's how you do it! Yesterday I watched a few videos on what to do to sleep through the night and I took the advice and it worked! Rather than getting up to go to the bathroom 3 times, I slept all the way through the night. The key was not eating after 5 p.m. and having very little to drink at that time as well. It feels amazing to have a full night of rest!
Today, and this weekend, is going to be difficult. I am going to be meeting friends and it is going to be a challenge to not eat after 5 p.m. and to have a routine. The good news is that there will be lots of physical activity throughout the weekend. The bad news is that I still have my IT band strain. We'll see how this goes this weekend and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
