When you have a plan you need to stick with it, even when the results are not consistent. If your plan doesn't work because you don't follow it or because when you do follow it you don't see results, then by all means you should modify the plan or change it all together. But until you have determined that your current plan doesn't work, you need to stick with it. I haven't had the results lately that I would like, so I'm glad I stuck with my plan. I've had enough success with my plan that I know it produces results, when I stick with it over time.

Yesterday was a gloomy day, but then the rain stopped and the sun came out and we went on a walk. It is deer hunting season and I needed to wear the orange hat so that I wouldn't be mistaken for a deer. It felt great to get outside and walk. We didn't go far, but it was enough to really recharge my batteries. I also rode my indoor bike. The combination of these two times of exercising, along sticking with the rest of my plan of eating and sleeping, produced the result that I have been looking for. I need to keep this up to see more progress.

Today is going to be a good day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and the sun is shining. I hope to get outside to walk, but with the sun setting around 5 p.m. I don't know if that is going to happen. If I can stick with my plan and not eat after 5 p.m. I hope to lose weight again. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
