Do the holidays mean the death of a weight loss journey? It seems like it is, unless you take steps to not let that happen.
Yesterday was a decent day. I was able to skip breakfast and I kept the progress I've had going the past few days. I don't know if I'll be able to keep up the momentum.
Today is going to be difficult. It is the weekend and not only won't I have a schedule to keep me occupied today, but my kids are home from school and delicious food will be available for the next, starting today. I don't know how I'm going to avoid all of this wonderful food. We'll see how today goes, and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
