A new month is a time to get a fresh start. The last month is over and whether you achieved your goals or not you have a new beginning to motivate you to start again. Last month I did not achieve the goals I had set out for myself, but I did make progress. I hope to make more progress this month so I'm excited to see how far I can go.

Yesterday was another good day for me. The entire family was together yet again for Thanksgiving weekend. We had a great time hanging out together. We went and bought a Christmas tree and brought it home and decorated it. I ate leftovers yet again, and they were delicious. I didn't overdue it and I stayed the same weight.

Today is going to be another great day. It is the last day of Thanksgiving weekend so I'll enjoy that. I'm transitioning out of my holiday feasting mode and getting back into my normal eating pattern. I hope not to eat after 5 p.m. If I can do that I should lose weight. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
