We all want to celebrate big wins, but what about the little ones? In weight loss, every win is worth celebrating, no matter how small. This is how momentum is created, and sustained, so celebrate every win, even if they are tiny.

Yesterday I was following my plan exactly as I intended when something happened that I allowed to derail me. Last night I heard great news about 2 members of my family. Being the emotional eater that I am, I was triggered by this good news and automatically went to the kitchen to find food to celebrate. I don't completely regret this, but I do need to stop my emotional eating if I want to lose weight and keep it off.

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and then I'm hoping to workout at 5 p.m. That should help me to not eat after 5 p.m. If I'm successful I'll lose weight. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
