Momentum is a powerful weapon in the fight to lose weight. It can work for you, but it can also work against you. When you have it you should fight to keep it because it can carry you along when you don't feel like fighting as you should.

Yesterday I had a good day. I didn't follow my plan exactly as I did end up eating after 5 p.m., but I managed to lose a little weight regardless. My meeting for work last night went longer than I hoped and it was a bit stressful, so I ate because of that. With all that happened I'm glad I lost weight. I really want to keep this going.

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work with a few meetings in the morning and I have a meeting to attend tonight. If I can keep from eating after 5 p.m. and I exercise I'm confident that I'll lose weight. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning.
