Somedays it seems like the scale is off, like it isn't working the way it should, where I wonder if this digital tool might be malfunctioning. This morning was one of those times. I hopped on the scale expecting to lose weight. I had done a good job yesterday following my plan and I expected to lose weight, but I didn't.
Last night I had a meeting to attend and that kept me from eating after 5 p.m. I was sure that I was going to lose weight on the scale this morning but it didn't happen. It is days like this that I question the scale, but I know that it was probably right and that even though I followed my plan exactly it just didn't work out. I just have to keep plugging away and I will lose the weight if I stick with the plan.
Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work and then tonight we are going to watch a movie as a family, probably a Hallmark Christmas movie. If I can keep from eating popcorn during the movie I should lose weight in the morning. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
