I'm feeling like I'm stalling out again, but it beats putting weight back on. I need to get out of the 250s, again. I've done this twice recently, but I need to do get into the 240s so I can get into the 230s and hit my goal for 100 pounds down.
Yesterday was a difficult day. We had a busy day with a lot activities, most of which included eating. I didn't follow my plan like I wanted but I still managed to lose a tiny amount of weight.
Today is going to be a difficult day. It is a weekend day and I don't have structure. We are going to put up lights outside and watch the Vikings play this afternoon. I'm not confident about not eating after 5 p.m. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
