The longer you are stuck in one spot the more frustrating it can become. I've been stuck in the 250s for way too long and I'm getting tired of it, so this would be a good time to focus and do something about it. I've contemplated doing something more significant in recent days, but today might be that day.
Yesterday I had a busy day at work and then I ended up eating after 5 p.m. I didn't think I ate that much, but I know I ate more than I should have. This resulted in me being basically in the same weight zone as before. No more.
Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work and then I have a networking event tonight to go to. I am going to see how long I can go without eating. My goal is to last the entire day. It shouldn't be too hard during the day at work and then the networking event should help the process since it is at a bar and grill and most people who attend don't eat. If I can get through the day without eating I should be able to lose weight. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
