Partial success is better than no success. Yesterday was a battle for me as I met a bunch of guys at The Village Pizzeria in Dresser, Wisconsin for dinner. You can see part of what remained of my meal, which was delicious. I had blackened sunfish with a baked potato and endless soup. I had a cup of chicken wild rice soup and a cup of beef and vegetable soup, and I had bread. It was terrific. I ate too much, but I didn't have breakfast so that helped. Even though I gained weight, I didn't gain as much as I thought I would, so I'm calling that a success. I avoided having pizza, so that is a double win!
Today is going to be a difficult day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy, but tonight we are going to Costco to stock up for the next few weeks. I need to keep from visiting the food court or it will be all over. We'll see what happens.
