Wow, I ate like crazy last night and I still lost weight. How did that happen? I really don't know the explanation, other than I worked out for 30 minutes in Zone 2 and I had a full night of sleep.
I ate after 5 p.m. last night, which goes against my plan, and I ate a lot, but it was mostly potatoes, with corn on the cob and fish. Whatever the reason for my weight loss, I'll take it.
Today might be a struggle. I have a full day of work and then we are going out to eat. If I can eat something reasonable may I can lose weight. I need to make sure to exercise and get enough sleep. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
