This is personal for me. My mother passed away at a young age, robbing my kids from knowing their grandmother and I don't want that for my family. I want to live long enough to one day be a grandfather, able to watch my grandkids grow up, but that won't happen if I don't take care of my health.
I know that it is to struggle to change, but I also know how good it feels to make progress in losing weight and gaining control of your health. This is why I am passionate about sharing what I've learned along the way on how you can improve your health and thrive, not just survive.
